Returns and Exchanges
We ensure 100% quality checks for all our products. In rare cases where your product isn’t in perfect condition, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Incorrect item received (will only be exchanged)

Manufacturing defect

Product damaged on arrival
Return and Exchange Process:

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. In case of receiving an incorrect product, the item will only be exchanged. Damaged or defective items are eligible for refund/exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition with tags, and in the original packaging.

Email us at connect@tiddlebae.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order number, the reason for your request and photos/videos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item within the email.

We will review the request and once approved, provide instructions for exchanging/returning the product. The package must be received within 15 days of delivery.

After inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. For incorrect items, we will exchange it with the correct product. This process usually takes 12-15 working days.
Terms:

No returns/exchanges on sale items or custom orders.

We allow only one exchange per order.

Any items returned in worn/used condition, without tags, or non-compliant with our terms and conditions will not be accepted.
Note: We do not accept returns/exchange on Burp Cloths, Bibs and Wash Cloth.
